Edward holds a Master’s degree in Data Communications and Software Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Makerere University, Uganda. He also possesses other industry certifications like, CISA, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, CISCO and Microsoft accreditation.

Edward has been involved in management of ICT resources in the water sector for the last 10 years at National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) with a track record of excellent performance. His experience and interests are IT Strategy and Resource Management, Project Management, Procurement Planning and evaluations including Donor funded procurements, Systems Design and Implementation, Contract design, IT Risk and Audit, IT Security management and IT Asset Management. Edward has successfully managed several IT Projects at NWSC and consulted with both Public and Private organisations like; KCCA, Outbox Uganda, YMCA, KPMG Uganda, Athena Infonomics, GIZ, Africa Water Association among others with regional assignments in Kenya, Tanzania and South Sudan.
