Organizational Structure

The Company is led by a 5-member Board of Directors that deal with issues relating to corporate governance, social responsibility and ethics. The leadership and day-to-day management decisions of the Company are entrusted to the Managing Director who is also responsible for business planning and project manage­ment. The Administrative & Finance Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day running/management of the office. In-house and external consultants are engaged to undertake specific tasks as and when the need arises.
