In 2016, the school embarked on the replacement of some of its external pit latrines with water borne toilets. Three waterborne toilets were planned, one of 18 stances and a urinal and the other two with 9 stances each and a urinal.

NACOBA Consultants Ltd was contracted to supervise the completion of the 18-stance toilet, review the designs of the 9-stance toilets, assist with the preparation of the tender documents, contract administration and works of the two 9-stance waterborne toilets.  The project was finalized and commissioned in February 2017.
