NACOBA Consultants Limited was contracted in May 2021 to supervise the construction of a residential house. The scope of work included the development of electrical and mechanical drawings, BOQs, tender documents for a labor-based contract, contract administration, construction supervision, measurement of executed work and issuance of payment certificates as well as progress reporting. Construction work was successfully completed.
