Workers in the diaspora are important for the development of their countries of origin, not only through remittances but also through the promotion of trade, investments, innovation, knowledge, and technology transfers between their host nations and mother countries. However, this potential remains largely untapped due to barriers that impede them from investing in productive sectors of the economy.

NCL is set to catalyze the potential of the Ugandan diaspora, especially Alumni of Namilyango College, to support and invest in Uganda. As investment consultants, we will work closely with our diaspora clients to refine their investment goals, understand their motivation, formulate plans that meet their goals, actively monitor their investments, and work with them to accommodate their evolving financial objectives.
