Stephen is the Chief Executive Officer for NACOBA Consultants Ltd. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Water Science and Engineering from UNESCO-IHE, The Netherlands and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University, Uganda.

Stephen has 20 years of industrial experience which cut across the fields of civil and water engineering, water resources management, environmental engineering, WASH, applied research, proposal writing, project planning and management. Stephen has good analytical skills and is highly computer literate.

Prior to becoming an independent Consultant, Stephen worked as a water supply and sewerage engineer for National Water & Sewerage Corporation. Stephen has consulted with reputable private and public organizations that include MWE, KCCA, Water for People, World Bank, GIZ, WSS Services (U) Ltd among others. Stephen has also been a team member on international assignments in Rwanda and Sierra Leone.
